Clyde Gateway Innovation Launch

INCH were pleased to attend a sneak peek of the Clyde Gateway Innovation Launch at Material Source Glasgow for the unveiling of proposals for over 100 hectares of land in the East End of Glasgow. The proposals will provide an investment of around £500 million with commercial and residential properties. INCH developed ‘Technology Terrace’ to provide 20,000 sq ft of flexible high-quality manufacturing facility, technology and events space.

The full proposals were unveiled at UKREiiF by Clyde Gateway showing their commitment to regeneration within the city. We are pleased to continue working with Clyde Gateway following our successful delivery of EastWorks last year.
