Britain From Above

Art exhibition

Britain From Above | Glasgow
Royal Commission on the Ancient & Historical Monuments of Scotland

INCH Architecture led the design and delivery of the exhibition at the Lighthouse, Glasgow. The artefacts and interpretation material presents the unique Aerofilms collection of aerial photographs from 1919-1953, and its unique and important historical context.

The design created a landscape of suspended back-lit images positioned so as to maximise sight lines and over-sized to intensify the viewers’ experience of the images.

Exhibition design and installation in collaboration with Graphical House.
